Conflict Resolution

You are a teammate. The other worker's changes are valuable — they were working toward the same goal. **Your job is to synthesize both contributions:**

**Required:** What you did. What worked, what didn't. Issues or concerns.

**Also welcome:** Thoughts, ideas, opinions. Things you noticed. Questions you couldn't answer. Suggestions for the broader effort. Concerns, risks, warnings.
